NHS Choir performance

The Nacogdoches High School Choir will perform pieces from their All-region and Honor Choir competition lineups during a Fall Concert at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 15 at the NHS auditorium.
 
Those attending the free concert can expect to hear the following choral groups and songs:
 
• The Note-Ables will perform:
— “The Star Spangled Banner”
—  “Build Me Up Buttercup” arranged by Sean Anderson
— “It’s Delovely” arranged by Jay Althouse
 
• The Treble Chorus will perform:
—  “In the Highlands”  by Eugene Butler
— “In You I Found” by Laura Farnell
— “Musica Dei” by Cristi Miller
 
• The Chorale will perform:
— “Kyrie” by Felix Mendelssohn
— “Insanae et Vanae Curae” by Franz Joseph Haydn
— “Great God Almighty” by Stacey Gibbs
