Phares is a board-certified attorney in estate planning and probate. He teaches financial planning, estate planning, tax law and probate law at Stephen F. Austin State University. He was named the Outstanding Finance Professor for 2011-12.
The information presented is vital for all local businesses, and the luncheon serves as the Chamber’s monthly membership meeting.
